Meet Suzy Jackson: an award-winning digital health leader, accomplished storyteller, and passionate advocate for women’s empowerment.
Suzy is currently available for training and speaking engagements.
A former professional musician, Suzy built her career on the belief that performance, communication and strategy are deeply connected—and she’s made it her mission to help others harness that same power.
For more than a decade, Suzy thrived at Accenture, where she worked across Europe, Asia, and the Americas with global pharmaceutical and biotech companies, managing $100M+ in business and leading teams that designed digital experiences to empower patients. In 2025, she stepped into her current role as Chief Commercial Officer of RVO Health—the nation’s largest health and wellbeing platform—where she drives life sciences growth through innovative digital health solutions.
Alongside her executive leadership, Suzy is the creator of Simply Speak Up™, a proprietary training approach that has helped over 1,000 professionals simplify complexity, communicate with confidence, and achieve measurable results. She draws on her own climb through the corporate ranks—first in London, then in New York—to show others how to use storytelling as a leadership superpower.
Suzy’s journey began on stage, not in the boardroom. A classically trained flutist and jazz saxophonist who studied at the Royal Academy of Music and King’s College London, she founded her first business at 18, supplying musicians to high-profile events like London Fashion Week. That early passion for performance shaped her career: the same poise she carried on stage now fuels her ability to inspire, lead, and make complex ideas resonate.
Today, Suzy is recognized as one of North Carolina’s Top Women Leaders by Women We Admire. She is also an ICF-certified coach, a frequent keynote speaker, and a trusted voice at industry conferences on digital health, leadership, and communication.
Beyond her professional work, Suzy is deeply committed to advocacy. She sits on the Advisory Board for Equality Now, a global nonprofit advancing the legal rights of women and girls, and serves on the executive committee of Safe Alliance, which provides support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in Charlotte. Her personal experiences fuel her determination to create platforms where women’s voices are heard, valued, and protected.
At home in Charlotte, Suzy shares life with her husband, their two young daughters, and two (much-loved) middle-aged cats. A passionate traveler, scuba diver, and wine enthusiast, she brings the same sense of curiosity and adventure to her personal life as she does to her professional path.
From the orchestra stage to the executive suite, Suzy Jackson has always believed in the transformative power of storytelling—and she continues to use that gift to drive impact in business, healthcare, and beyond.
